New Participant Tryout Registration

Please complete the form below to register each new participant for tryouts. All new Junior Guards must attend and pass a tryout in order to participate in the program.
After submission, you will receive an email with the date and heat time assigned to each program candidate as well as information regarding the registration process. Tryouts will be held at Hendry's Beach. Please refer to the Program Handbook for tryout requirements.

You may register up to three participants at a time using this form. All participants registered together must attend the same tryout date.
