Acknowledgement *

I acknowledge that I have read the candidate filing guide and I understand the qualifications to run and hold office for the office sought. I also understand that providing false information on a Declaration of Candidacy is punishable by a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000) or by imprisonment in the state prison for sixteen months or two or three years or by both such fine and imprisonment. Election Code §18203.

I acknowledge that the deadline to file my candidate filing forms for the General Election to be held on November 8, 2022, is August 12, 2022, at 5:00 p.m.; or in the event an extension occurs (due to a qualified incumbent failing to file by 5:00 p.m. on August 12, 2022), August 17, 2022 at 5:00 p.m.
